Radisson Blu Falconer Hotel****

Radisson Blu Falconer is located in the special atmosphere at Frederiksberg, one of Copenhagen's most charming districts. Just outside the hotel there is a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and beautiful parks to enjoy. Public transport, including the new Metro, is just two minutes walk from the hotel, taking you directly to the city centre and Copenhagen International Airport. Hotel Skt. Petri*****

Hotel Skt. Petri is located in the middle of the Latin Quarter of Copenhagen, close to the Round Tower, the pedestrian street, Strøget and Nørreport Metro. Originally the hotel was a very popular department store, built in 1928 with all the architectural lines and characteristic curves of functionalism. The Radisson Blu Scandinavia is located only five minutes drive from Copenhagen's city centre and 15 minutes drive from Copenhagen International Airport. Best Western Hotel Mercur is located in the heart of Copenhagen, only a few minutes walk from Tivoli Gardens, the City Hall square, the pedestrian street, Strøget and the Central Station. Cab Inn Scandinavia***

Ibsens Hotel ***

Ibsens Hotel is located in the heart of Copenhagen, in the delightful Nansensgade area next door to cafés, quirky shops and restaurants, and the Lakes. Nørreport Station is only 5 minutes’ walk away.

Scandic Palace Hotel*****

Palace Hotel is located on the square, across from the famous Tivoli Gardens and next to the pedestrian street, Strøget. The hotel was built in 1910 and ever since the architecture of the building and its magnificent tower has been praised by all. The hotel has 162 rooms. At the ground floor you will find a restaurant - Brasserie on the Square. The distance to Copenhagen Airport is seven km (15 minutes in a taxi), and 400 metres from the Central Station. Parking garage 100 metres from the hotel against a parking fee.

Price per night: Single DKK 1,090 and double DKK 1,290

 Deposit, cancellation and changes
Reservations of hotel rooms must be backed up by a deposit payment. The deposit serves as a guarantee to the hotel for the first night and will be deducted from the participants’ hotel bill upon check-out.

In case of cancellation or changes: Before 12. April 2010, the deposit will be refunded, between 12. April and 14. May 2010, the deposit will only be refunded if DIS Congress Service is able to allocate the room to another guest. After 14. May 2010, no refund of hotel deposit will be made. Please note that all hotels are legally authorized to charge the entire stay as booked by the customer also in case of no-show. All changes must be made to DIS Congress Service in writing and not to the hotel.

All bookings will be made on a first-come first served basis after receipt of hotel deposit, as long as DIS has rooms available. 
 

Payment
All deposit payments must be made in DKK and payable to EMAC, c/o DIS Congress Service.
Hotel reservation will be confirmed when DIS Congress Service has received the payment.
