How to register?

Registration for the conference should be done through the online registration system. All participants and accompanying persons must register for the conference.

Early registrations are due on April 15, 2010.
The late fee will be automatically charged if your payment has not been received by April 15, 2010.
Alterations to the registrations will only be accepted in writing. Please contact the Conference Secretariat preferably by e-mail as soon as possibly.

What is included in the fee?

The registration fee includes a full registration for the EMAC conference 2010 and  the EMAC membership fee for 2011. 
Also included in the fee:

  • the conference bag with amongst other the conference proceedings,
  • lunch and coffee&tea breaks,
  • opening reception at City Hall, and
  • gala dinner

Accompanying Person Fee: The fee includes the welcome reception and the gala dinner.
Accompanying persons do not attend the academic programme

EMAC 2010 Conference Registration fees (in Euros)

Early Bird Registration Fee: – April 15, 2010:                  570 €
*(includes the 90€ EMAC membership fee for 2011)

Regular Registration Fee – After April 15, 2010:             620 €
*(includes the 90€ EMAC membership fee for 2011)

Accompanying person’s registration:                             210 €

PhD Students Conference Fee – with 50% discount on the EMAC membership fee for 2010
Only applies to full-time PhD students who must provide a letter from their department's chair confirming their status. The letter should be sent to Cristina Setyar - email setyar@eiasm.be

Confirmation

Upon receipt of your registration form and payment or credit card details, the Conference Secretariat will confirm your participation in the conference. You will receive a formal confirmation in due course.
 

Methods of payment

Please follow the instructions given on the online registration form regarding payment of the conference fee. All payments must be made in Euros. Payments should be made in advance by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard).
 

Cancellation policy

In case you are unable to attend the meeting, a notification of cancellation must be confirmed in writing (e-mail) to Cristina Setyar (setyar@eiasm.be). Cancellation of registration received before 31 March 2010 will be refunded less an administrative fee of EUR 100. After that time no refund of registration fee will be paid.

The substitution of an alternative delegate is acceptable up until 15th May 2010.

Delegates who do not cancel and do not attend will not be refunded.
